Managed Service

Managed Service gives you the freedom to use the expert #Humans at RS22 as an extension of your own in-house team. By taking the important, yet sometimes time-consuming duties such as upgrades, patches, fixes and general management away from the load your team has to bear, you can rest comfortably knowing that you have the best cover there is from RS22’s competent professionals with the added benefit of freeing up the resources of your team.

Hybrid Service

Hybrid Service allows you to choose what aspects of the daily duties you keep in-house and use RS22 on whichever aspects you prefer our experts to deal with. Each service of this type is agreed on a customised basis and can be adapted during the relationship. This is a great way to continue to up-skill your in-house team whilst using expertise that is hard to find.

Project Based Consultancy

Project Based Consultancy is the preferred option for Clients that need an extra level of support on internal projects. These can include but are not limited to; configurations made at your sites, delivery of pre-configured hardware, onsite consultation for projects mapping, or any other number of additional necessities that crop up from time to time. Project Based Consultancy is discussed and delivered separately to the standard package options and are totally customisable.
